This year’s Westmorland County Show was once again a great success and Oglethorpe Sturton & Gillibrand were proud to again support such an important event in the local farming calendar. The Show gave our solicitors an opportunity to walk round the stalls and trade stands, meet clients and speak with other local businesses whilst also enjoying watching the competitions and events on throughout the day.
Despite the occasional ‘light’ shower, there was a great attendance at the Show and all were treated to a fantastic turn out of livestock, including the Dairy Shorthorn Cattle, which Oglethorpe Sturton & Gillibrand sponsored. The event also showcased local talent through the wonderful displays by the local schools to the quality products on display from local businesses.
