       Charlotte Russell was exceptional throughout. As someone who’s blind, I needed the process to be clear and accessible, and she went out of her way to make sure it was. Nothing was too much trouble, and her support made a real difference.

      What can I say but you were brilliant emma.from the off you were back to me sometimes in as little as 10.mins and always with a clear answer we hit a little brip which was my fault.it was all sorted with no fuss.       Emme Greenwood did a great job for us with our recent house conveyancing. We were not familiar with the English system as we were moving from Scotland. Emma 'held our hands' throughout the process and we found her professional, patient and efficient at all times. She was communicative, even in the evening and at weekends and removed a lot of the stress involved in moving house even when the 'other sides' solicitors were dragging their heels!
