We are celebrating a busy and successful end to 2016 after our Commercial team closed out a range of business acquisitions in December alone.
The team completed three acquisitions before close of play on New Year’s Eve, including a strategic expansion acquisition for a specialist outdoor-gear wholesaler, the management buy-out of an international trader and settlement of a family company dispute.
In the opening weeks of 2017 the Commercial team have finalised another business sale in the leisure sector, and are continuing to work on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, so 2017 looks set to be another busy one for the team.

As a Lancaster-based firm, we think the variety and value of the deals we completed in 2016 reflects just how much the region is thriving.
