Our private client team at Oglethorpe Sturton and Gillibrand provide specialist agricultural advice for agricultural clients in relation to their Wills, agricultural inheritance, tax planning, asset protection and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

We spend most of our lives looking after ourselves, our loved ones and our assets and it is, therefore, important that you make a Will (especially if you own land and property) to ensure that you choose who is to inherit your assets in the event of your death.

If there is no valid Will in place then the intestacy rules govern who is to inherit your assets and this may lead to devastating and potentially costly consequences for your family members and loved ones.

If you would like any further advice, please contact Hannah Bates on 01524 846846.
