Please note that we are continuing to experience difficulties in respect of the supply of electricity to our Lancaster office. There is also a fault on our Lancaster office telephone line and all incoming calls are being diverted via our Kirkby Lonsdale office.

Due to the volume of calls we are experiencing, we would ask that if your call is not urgent, you contact us via the email addresses detailed on our contacts page.

We are continuing to try and operate from our Lancaster office as normal, however, as our electricity supply can be cut off without warning, our office may need to close prior to 5pm and we may not be able to respond to you all as quickly as we would wish to. Our Kirkby Lonsdale office is also affected as they are unable to access our central case management system during this time.
