Oglethorpe Sturton & Gillibrand enjoyed a great day out at the Lunesdale Agricultural Show last month. Heading down to the show field at Underley Park early, we were able to experience the excitement of the day in full; seeing farmers arrive with their prized animals, mingling with the crowds and enjoying the delights offered by the local farmers and stall holders.

Based in a marquee near the show field, we welcomed visitors with Pimms and Lemonade, prosecco and hot drinks, as well as sweet treats for children. Our legal team were on hand to offer legal advice on a variety of different areas, from agricultural matters through to personal matters such as Wills and Estate planning.

Our congratulations to the organising committee on another successful show, and we look forward to seeing you again next year!

Here at Oglethorpe Sturton & Gillibrand we value our close relationship with the local farming community, having worked with local farming families for generations, and are proud to continue supporting the local farming shows. As well as the Lunesdale Show, we have supported the fantastic shows at Garstang and Bentham and are looking forward to finishing the summer at the Westmorland Show at the County Showground, Crooklands today.
