Paul qualified in 2005 and has 20 years’ experience in a broad range of litigation matters, for both businesses and individuals. He joined the Litigation Department at Oglethorpe Sturton & Gillibrand solicitors in 2023.

Specialist areas that Paul covers include:

Business disputes including shareholder / partnership disputes, contract claims, intellectual property disputes and contested insolvency. 

Both commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes including possession actions, lease renewals, dilapidations, restrictive covenants, claims under TOLATA and neighbour disputes.

Wills, trusts, & probate disputes including those over the validity of wills, claims for provision under Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and disputes concerning the administration of estates.

Paul takes pride in being a problem solver, helping clients to achieve positive outcomes on a cost effective basis. Paul is also a mediator accredited by the London School of Mediation.
