Maria was educated at Lancaster Girls’ Grammar School.  After working as a Legal Secretary in Morecambe, she trained as a Legal Executive, qualifying as a Fellow in 1993.  She worked locally before joining the Kirkby Lonsdale residential conveyancing team in 2020 where she tries to make the conveyancing process as stress-free as possible for clients.

Away from the office, Maria lives with her husband and several Pointers and in her spare time walks her dogs in the beautiful Morecambe Bay area.  She also breeds and judges them at Championship level, which has taken her to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Spain and Hungary.
