JOHN MYERS

John is a member of the Agricultural Law Association and deals with a broad range of agricultural matters including the sale and purchase of estates, farms and rural property, agricultural tenancies, land registration and other areas of law noted in the agricultural section of the website. Spending a year living in Berlin gave John experience working with niche agricultural law firm Schwarz Thomsen on renewable energy projects.

John was brought up in North Yorkshire and after studying agriculture at Newcastle University, he went on to read law at the College of Law in York, before training and qualifying with the firm in 2007. Since joining the firm, John has worked alongside Martin Gillibrand in the agricultural department.

Having been appointed a notary public after undertaking additional legal examinations at the University of Cambridge, John is able to handle all aspects of notarial work.
