JENNIFER GRABOWSKI
Jennifer is an experienced solicitor with a strong track record of guiding clients through a wide variety of transactions. She specialises in helping business owners achieve their goals, whether that involves buying another business, selling their own company, receiving external investment or setting up in partnership with others.
Jennifer has an in-depth knowledge of her specialist field, which in turn means that she is able to explain complex legal concepts and documents clearly, whilst providing invaluable support during negotiations. Through her wealth of deal experience, she is also able to offer imaginative solutions to help achieve her clients’ goals within the legal framework set by the Companies Act and by tax legislation. She works closely with accountants and financial advisors to deliver tax-efficient structures that ensure that clients get the best return possible on their hard work.
Jennifer was brought up in Nottinghamshire, in the heart of Robin Hood country. After graduating from the University of Cambridge, she went on to train and qualify at international law firm White & Case in London, where she was involved in a wide range of cross-border transactions for global clients. Following a four-year period with Osborne Clarke, the leading corporate law firm in the Thames Valley and South West region, Jennifer joined the firm in 2011 as a part of a family move to the North West.
