Emma qualified in 2010 and has over 15 years’ experience as a practicing solicitor, specialising in Residential Conveyancing. She joined Oglethorpe Sturton & Gillibrand in 2023 as a Senior Solicitor having previously worked for a firm in Blackpool.

Buying and selling of properties including shared ownership and leasehold properties, reviewing of titles, drafting and circulating documentation and advising on properties, both leasehold and freehold, with particular expertise in rural property.

Mortgages and re-financing including remortgages and equity release.

Leasehold transactions including sales and purchases, assured shorthold tenancy agreements and advice on the Building Safety Act 2022.
