Emma has over 29 years’ experience and joined Oglethorpe Sturton & Gillibrand solicitors in 1999, becoming a Partner in 2004. Heading the firm’s Family Department, Emma is an expert strategist for all family related cases including divorce, cohabitation disputes, separation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements and child arrangement issues. She has particular expertise in advising on high net value and complex financial matters, farming partnerships and professionals.
