Emma offers specialist advice in relation to divorce, separation and resolving financial matters with the benefit of nearly 20 years experience. Emma has particular expertise in advising upon financial matters involving small and medium sized businesses, farming partnerships and professionals, including the medical profession. Emma is one of the few qualified collaborative solicitors in the area enabling her to offer a wider range of options for resolving disputes. Emma originates from Yorkshire and qualified and practised in Bradford and York before joining the firm in 1999. She became a Partner in 2004.

Emma listens carefully and sensitively to the needs of all her clients and strives to achieve their goals in a pragmatic and cost effective way. She will give clear guidance in what can be an overwhelming process at a difficult time and is committed to achieving a positive outcome.
