I qualified in 1993 and have over 25 years experience as a practicing solicitor in Business, Land/Agriculture, Estates & Property and Probate Litigation.  I joined as a Partner with Oglethorpe Sturton & Gillibrand solicitors in 2020.

I have a broad commercial and chancery litigation experience.  I am a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) in relation to my contentious probate dispute work. I am also accredited as a Commercial Mediator with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR Solve).  I seek to provide a high quality legal service with pragmatic and cost effective advice.

My outside interests include open water swimming, windsurfing and skiing. I am a Level 2 coach with Triathlon England swim, run & bike, an ASA Advanced swimming instructor and a British Cycling Coach.

I am married to April-Jayne with four children, Emily, Charlotte, Felicity and Phillipa.
