Carolina was born in Sweden, with her family roots in Stockholm. Carolina studied Accountancy and Law at Oxford Brookes University before pursuing her legal studies in Sweden at Uppsala University. Having decided to live in England she followed her husband to Lancaster and the lovely Lake District.

Carolina qualified as a Solicitors with Backhouse Jones Solicitors in 2013 where she assisted clients with Operator’s Licence applications to more intricate issues falling within the Traffic Commissioners, the DVSA, Board Agency and the Magistrate Courts jurisdiction.

Having always been interested in accountancy and finance, Carolina was offered a position to retrain as a corporate solicitor with us here at Oglethorpe Sturton & Gillibrand which she happily accepted and joined us in April 2018 at our Lancaster Office.
