Charlotte Russell was exceptional throughout. As someone who’s blind, I needed the process to be clear and accessible, and she went out of her way to make sure it was. Nothing was too much trouble, and her support made a real difference. I used AI to help choose who would represent us, and OSG came out on top. They lived up to that. You could go for a bargain-basement conveyancer and hope for the best, but in my view, this is one of those times where it pays to get proper help when it really matters. I'm glad I did.

I used OSG for conveyancing for sale of my property. Emma Greenwood was very prompt with getting things done and communication with her throughout the process, was easy and quick. I would high recommend OSG and Emma.

OS&G were recommended to us. We found they showed great attention to detail and offered us some helpful advice that saved us from some unnecessary expense. Communication was a strong point and face to face meetings were pleasant and friendly. Recommended.

Emme Greenwood did a great job for us with our recent house conveyancing. We were not familiar with the English system as we were moving from Scotland. Emma 'held our hands' throughout the process and we found her professional, patient and efficient at all times. She was communicative, even in the evening and at weekends and removed a lot of the stress involved in moving house even when the 'other sides' solicitors were dragging their heels! Well done - your efforts are very much appreciated !

OSG Have been my acting solicitors for many years and have covered many aspects of legal work for me. Most recently, a property sale completed by Emma Greenwood. Communication was excellent throughout. Always clear, precise, accurate & understandable. Would highly recommend to anyone requiring legal services.
