Oglethorpe Sturton and Gillibrand are recruiting for the position of a Commercial and General Litigation solicitor to join their expanding litigation team.
We require candidates of 5 years PQE +, to cover varied areas of contentious work including general commercial contract and business disputes, land and estates, property and agricultural litigation, wills, trusts and probate disputes.
To be based at our main office in Lancaster covering the Lancashire and South Lakes areas.
