Oglethorpe Sturton & Gillibrand were proud to support NatWest Bank last week with their First Time Buyer event at NatWest’s Lancaster branch.

The event was designed to help those about to take their first steps on to the housing ladder by providing information on the house buying process. The bank staff were on hand to provide mortgage advice, alongside local estate agents Houseclub to help with the initial house search and our team from Oglethorpe Sturton & Gillibrand to give details on the legal process once you have an offer accepted.

We fully understand that this very exciting time for new buyers can also be worrying. Charlotte Russell was exceptional throughout. As someone who’s blind, I needed the process to be clear and accessible, and she went out of her way to make sure it was.
