Congratulations are in order this month, with three solicitors being promoted within the firm.

Mark Hutchinson-Lyons, a specialist and experienced Wills, Probate and Trust solicitor, has been promoted to Associate Solicitor. Mark has been with the firm a number of years and is also a Society of Trust and Estate Practitioner (STEP).

Avelina Wright is also promoted to Associate Solicitor and strengthens our already renowned agricultural department, handling a wide range of agricultural property matters. Avelina is also a fellow of the Agricultural Law Association.

Catherine Roberts, who joined the firm last year is now a Senior Solicitor within our litigation department, and together with David Gillibrand and David Barnes, comprises a strong and extremely experienced team which covers the full range of contentious matters, from landlord and tenant, boundary disputes, personal injury, commercial disputes and much more.

Jennifer Grabowski, managing partner comments “As a firm we are always looking to challenge and develop our team members, and so we are delighted that Mark, Avelina and Catherine have been successful in securing these promotions. They are a reflection of the specialist legal skill that each of Mark, Avelina and Catherine bring to their roles as solicitors, but also a broader contribution to the success of the firm as a whole.”

Congratulations to you all!
