The finalists for the Enterprise Vision Awards “EVAS” have recently been announced and Charlotte Russell is a finalist.
The EVAS celebrate and promote women in business and Charlotte has been selected as a finalist in the customer service category.
Charlotte, Partner and Head of the Residential Conveyancing Team at Oglethorpe Sturton and Gillibrand drives excellence throughout the team and the firm, promoting fantastic customer service, knowing that being approachable and proactive with clients is key. Charlotte works tirelessly to make sure her clients are given the upmost support and guidance at all times in the relentless and demanding legal profession, and in particular, conveyancing. Such service is evidenced in the glowing testimonials and feedback she receives from clients, and she is highly regarded amongst the local business community.
On finding out she was a finalist, Charlotte says “This is for my team and all my colleagues, to celebrate the hard work and effort we all put in every week to deliver the high standard of service and client care that our firm is known for, and its testament to them, that I’ve been selected. I’m excited for the build up to the awards ceremony over the next few months and being there at the final!”
The winners will be announced at the Awards evening on Friday 29th September at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool.
