Commercial Property Solicitor

Location: Lancaster & Flexible Homeworking

Oglethorpe Sturton & Gillibrand are looking to recruit an experienced commercial property solicitor.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and will be able to manage a broad and complex commercial property-based caseload. They will be focussed on providing a personal, high-quality service to our established client base and be an excellent team player.

The varied caseload will involve dealing with a wide range of commercial property work including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters, refinances, , option and promotion development agreements and other complex property transactions.

The position will suit an established fee earner requiring minimal supervision and who is looking to spread their wings and develop their career. The role will be predominantly based at our Lancaster Office working within the Commercial Property Department although some flexible home working is also available.

The salary is negotiable dependent upon the experience, but we are looking for a commercial property solicitors with 3 years + PQE.
