Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Location: Lancaster

Oglethorpe Sturton & Gillibrand are looking to recruit an experienced litigation solicitor to join their existing strong and tenacious team.

Areas of work include:-

• General Commercial contract and business disputes.
• Land and Property disputes.
• Wills, Trusts and Probate disputes.
• Residential Landlord and Tenant disputes.
• Commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes.
• Agricultural Litigation.
• Some Personal injury.

The litigation team is based in the Lancaster office, hybrid working is available.

The salary is negotiable dependent upon the experience, but we are looking for a solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
