Charlotte Russell was exceptional throughout. As someone who’s blind, I needed the process to be clear and accessible, and she went out of her way to make sure it was. Nothing was too much trouble, and her support made a real difference. I used AI to help choose who would represent us, and OSG came out on top. They lived up to that. You could go for a bargain-basement conveyancer and hope for the best, but in my view, this is one of those times where it pays to get proper help when it really matters. I'm glad I did.
